Description

NGC 5985, NGC 5982 and NGC 5981 are three galaxies in the constellation Draco, collectively known as Draco Triplet. This triplet is less known than Leo Triplet and unlike it, most probably these three galaxies are not interacting with each other. These galaxies are part of a larger group of galaxies known as the NGC 5982 Cluster.

This is my second attempt to photograph this area and I think it came out quite better than the previous one (https://astrob.in/koaaed/0/), surely due to better sky quality than before.
Shot at Trevinca, ES on April 18th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd 2024.

I hope you enjoy!
